Demetra is an advocate and a leading practitioner on real property law, after working for approximately twenty five years as a legal advisor to major real estate developers, having advised for more than 200 construction projects. During her practice, Demetra supervised projects ranging from the renovation of a small house to the construction of large villages in tourist areas of Greece.
Very experienced in drafting contracts for overseas clients, Demetra provides solid legal advice and representation to any client who wants to invest on real property in Greece.
Except for advising clients and drafting contracts, as advocate Demetra is experienced on taxation and property law (especially compulsory purchase) litigation.
