Members of Georgopoulos, Paveli & Associates Law Office pride themselves on being modern and “user-friendly”, while at the same time adhere to the traditional values of integrity and discretion. Every member of the office and its staff will strive to provide you with an outstanding level of service.

There are currently three partners and an adequate number of associates, trainees and support staff. All the members of the office are fluent in English and some are able to work in French and German as well.

In addition to the advisory work done by all office members, our practices involve the preparation of contracts and the conduct of litigation in all the Greek courts. Moreover, some members have published books or papers in leading legal journals and participated in legal conferences in Greece or abroad.

Members are well supported by promising trainees, the secretary staff, a team of expert tax consultants, property developers and some of the most distinguished notaries public.

Premises and facilities

The office occupies specious premises in Piraeus, near the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal. Our premises are modern and well equipped with up-to-date facilities and amenities that include wireless internet access and video conference facilities.

We offer services for people with disabilities but, if you would like to discuss any requirements for adjustments to services, please contact us in advance. Arrangements can be made for office members to attend conferences at any suitable premises if this assists.

Fees

Fees are charged on a case by case basis, depending on the time and commitment required, the complexity of the case, the degree of responsibility, and the experience of the advocate concerned. The secretary staff can provide estimates.

Overseas clients

We accept instructions from overseas lawyers and the office members are experienced in working with foreign clients while a proportion of the work undertaken by our advocates has an international element. Except for corporate overseas clients, we advise or act as advocates for individual clients of Greek Diaspora around the world.

For common law legislations, an advocate of the office is also a qualified solicitor (England and Wales) while the majority of our members are well acquainted with common law.
